Shipping & Returns

Delivery is free throughout Europe for any purchase of a Les Nobles Essences perfume. Each order is prepared with care and shipped within 48 business hours. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Each order is carefully packaged and accompanied by 2 complimentary samples, selected from our creations. A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original, intact packaging
- Accompanied by all its accessories and documents
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at lesnoblesessences@gmail.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with shipping instructions as soon as possible. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned parcel, we proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund is issued using the payment method used for the order.
Les Nobles Essences reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been opened or used. In such a case, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
Defective Product
Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
If you receive a product damaged during transit or presenting a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at lesnoblesessences@gmail.com, attaching clear photos of the observed defect and of the packaging.
We will offer you, according to your preference, an identical replacement or a full refund. Return shipping costs related to a defective product are entirely covered by Les Nobles Essences.
