Terms of Sale & Use

Article 1: Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations applicable to online sales on lesnoblesessences.com. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Article 2: Products

Les Nobles Essences offers artisanal fragrances in the form of perfume extracts at 25%, packaged in 100 ml bottles. The creations available for sale are Mirage Gourmand and Mirage Exotique, each priced at €195.

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included, and incorporate the applicable French VAT. Les Nobles Essences reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3: Orders

The ordering process is as follows: selection of one or more products, addition to the cart, validation of the cart, entry of delivery information, payment, and then confirmation by e-mail. Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products offered for sale.

Les Nobles Essences reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order of an abnormal nature, in particular in the event of proven or suspected fraud, unusual multiple orders, or a dispute relating to a previous order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is made securely by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). The charge is applied upon confirmation of the order. Transactions are protected by SSL encryption that ensures the confidentiality of the data transmitted.

No banking data is stored by Les Nobles Essences; such data is processed exclusively by our secure payment provider.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is free within Europe for any fragrance purchase. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for mainland France, and 5 to 10 business days for the rest of Europe. Orders are shipped within 48 business hours after payment is confirmed.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

The product must be returned unopened and unused, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same means of payment as that used for the order.

Article 7: Legal warranties

All products sold on lesnoblesessences.com benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the goods, as well as from the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Article 8: Intellectual property

All content on the lesnoblesessences.com website — texts, photographs, visuals, logos, product names, graphic elements — is the exclusive property of Les Nobles Essences and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution or exploitation, even partial, of this content without the prior written authorization of Les Nobles Essences is strictly prohibited and would constitute infringement. The Les Nobles Essences trademark is registered.
