Refunds and returns policy
At Les Nobles Essences, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that purchasing a fragrance online can sometimes require an adjustment, which is why we offer a flexible refund and return policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at the following email address: lesnoblesessences@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will then provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label, if required.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the full amount of the purchase, excluding initial shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment service provider.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos showing the fault or damage. We will then replace the faulty or damaged item at no extra charge.
